Ciji Ware, an expert and author who specializes in baby boomer books, has a lot to say about the downturn in the housing market.

Ware, whose book “Rightsizing Your Life” has become a must-read for the boomer generation, says that the mortgage problem has a major impact on those nearing retirement.
