Dr. Jeff Dover is one of those guys who doesn’t just get under your skin — he gets all over it. The latest book from one of America’s leading dermatologists isn’t just raising eyebrows, but the rest of the face as well. It’s called “The Youth Equation: How to Take Ten Years Off Your Face.”

Dr. Dover says even though cosmetic surgery is always an option, there are many things you should try before resorting to such drastic measures. He says sunscreen is a must. And not just when you go in the sun. He recommends applying sunscreen every single morning.

He also urges everyone to apply an anti-aging cream every night. He believes you should ask your doctor for a prescription for Renova or Retin-A, which he says have been shown to slow the aging process and make your skin lighter and fuller.

Plus, find out why he disagrees with the popular notion that drinking lots of water does anything to help your skin.
