When people ask us who embodies the true spirit of Growing Bolder, we typically point to one person — Sandy Scott.

He’s the fastest cyclist, probably in the world, over the age of 70. Now 72, he can compete with anybody, of any age.

What’s even more remarkable is that a few years ago, he was nearly killed after breaking his neck in one of his first races.

He explains how that incident encouraged him to battle back even harder to ride again and to set some lofty cycling goals for himself.

Sandy also tells us why he only fears two things in life — losing and prostate cancer.

Plus, find out Sandy’s interesting theory about why he thinks he’s getting faster and faster as he ages, and why he thinks his need to compete keeps him healthy and young.
