Katy Widrick is the EMMY®-nominated Executive Producer for Growing Bolder®, overseeing Growing Bolder TV, Growing Bolder Radio, Surviving & Thriving, Growing Bolder Magazine and other broadcast and publishing products. Additionally, she's the Executive Producer of Conquering Kilimanjaro, the first documentary from Bolder Docs, and helps lead the Growing Bolder online marketing team.

Katy is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and of The College of Arts and Sciences at Syracuse University. She holds a dual degree in broadcast journalism and policy studies.

Katy is also a certified personal trainer and a Functional Aging Specialist™.

Mike Nichols, Legendary Film and Entertainment Icon, Dies at 83

Sad news to report from Hollywood — one of the world’s most celebrated names in entertainment has died.

Mike Nichols was 83, and his work spanned the industry, from films, plays, TV and music. Known for work including “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?,” “The Graduate,” “Silkwood” and “Working Girl,” Nichols also earned eight Tony awards, his most recent for the revival of “Death of a Salesman.”
