Buddy Lee was a member of the 1992 U.S. Olympic Greco-Roman wrestling team.

Once one of the best wrestlers in the world, he’s now arguably the world’s leading advocate for jumping rope.

He’s an author and motivational speaker and has appeared on nearly every national network talking about the benefits of jumping rope.

Not only is he one of the best jumpers in the world, he’s an inventor and successful entrepreneur who has created an entire industry around one of the oldest and most basic fitness tool of all.

Buddy explains how jumping rope transformed his wrestling career and why he thinks it’s an activity we can all benefit from. Learn why he believes it’s the building block to fitness and how it can transform your life, as well.

He also dispels the myth that you’re too old to jump rope. Find out about a 93-year-old jump roper. And it’s an efficient and cheap way to work out. Wait until you hear how just 10 minutes of jump roping stacks up against other cardio-based activities, including running and tennis.
