For more than 25 years, Dave Barry’s columns have been syndicated in 500 newspapers in the U.S. and abroad, he won the Pulitzer Prize for commentary in 1988 and he’s the author of nearly 30 fiction and non-fiction books.

His latest book is “Dave Barry’s History of the Millennium (So Far).” He talked to Growing Bolder about the biggest stories of the 2000s so far and how he’ll document the next 993 years.
