After decades of inactivity, DeEtte Sauer became morbidly obese. Her doctors said she was certain to have a major heart event within five years.

With one decision and the resolution to change, she not only transformed herself, she also discovered a hidden talent that is now a major part of her life.

DeEtte tells us about the turning point on a family vacation in 1986 that inspired her to make some major lifestyle changes. She explains how she lost the weight and, at the age of 58, discovered a passion for swimming, even though she could barely swim one lap in the pool.

Find out how to change your habits to create a new way of living, not a new way of dieting.
