Eleanor Hamre is 70 years old and one of the fastest female cyclists alive over the age of 50.

Just 10 years into her biking career, she is the holder of three national records.

She told Growing Bolder she started competing after attending the Senior Games in her home state of Colorado. She had such a blast that she said she decided to keep going.
