Elli Fordyce’s career nearly ended just as it was beginning. She was an up-and-coming singer on the jazz scene when a car accident on the way to a gig changed everything.

Elli shut her music out, and she let her voice go silent, so much so that she wouldn’t even sing in the shower! She did not sing for 15 years.

But just as suddenly as the desire left, one day it just came back and suddenly she realized she had something more to contribute.

Her return album, “Something Still Cool,” proved that Elli was not just back, but back in a big way.
