Hearing the age 74 stops some people in their tracks, but in Georgia Kleinhenz’s case, 28 is more amazing because that’s how many Florida Bicycle Safari Rides she’s completed. Did we mention each tour takes six days?

Not every tour Kleinhenz took has been a walk through the park. In 1995, her husband died of a heart attack during the race that year. But that didn’t stop her from continuing her trek across Florida annually.

There’s another number Kleinhenz is known for — $2,600 — how much her bike costs. If it gets her across the finish line every year, it’s worth it!
