How did Jazzercise do it? Judi explains how it’s been a group effort thanks to teams of people across the world. She explains how this team effort from more than 8,000 instructors around the world means there is always something for everybody and how it brings a sense of empowerment to women and the community.

Now in her 70s, Judi also explains how change can be difficult but it’s been crucial to the company’s success over the past 40-plus years. She also describes the company’s origins in Chicago and how she quickly realized she was tapping into something that was resonating with people with a passion for getting healthy.
