Judith McDaniel is a writer, poet, teacher and activist. She is also a lover of nature and someone who believes we should all exercise our right to have our voices heard.

She is living proof that it is never too late to do what you love. She decided to go to law school at the age of 60. After that, she became a professor of law and political science at the University of Arizona. Just recently, at the age of 72, she just completed the adventure of a lifetime.

She talks to Growing Bolder about her new life as a mountain climber, something that’s been on her mind 40 years.
