Her name is Ruth Flowers — but her fans … hundreds of thousands of them … know her better as Mamy Rock.

Mamy Rock is known all over the world for her work both behind the turntables and in front of hard-rocking crowds. Most weekends, you can find her dancing, singing and spinning the latest hits to packed audiences in Germany, France and Belgium. And some of her biggest fans are teenagers.

Ruth says as long as the kids come out and dance, she’ll keep DJing. She says she’s determined to smash stereotypes about what aging looks and feels like, and she’s on a mission to get people in their 70s, 80s and 90s dancing again.
