You are what you eat, right? But how do your choices affect how long you live and, maybe more importantly, how well you live?

Michele Jachim is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator with Florida Hospital, and she says that 79 million people in America have something called prediabetes — signs and symptoms that they may be on their way to the very serious disease of diabetes.
