With her daughter, Wynona, Naomi Judd dominated the country music industry for years.

After selling millions of records and winning every possible award, including several Grammys, the duo’s reign came to an end when Naomi was diagnosed with Hepatitis C.

Now cured of the disease, she has turned her unique perspective on another “disease” afflicting her generation – ageism.

She talked to Growing Bolder about the battles she has fought as she has grown into her true self.

She shares tips from her new book, “Naomi’s Guide to Aging Gratefully,” including her perspective on the goal of healthily sustaining oneself physically and emotionally.
