Forget the birthday cake and candles. Norman Gitterman likes his birthdays to be a bit more extreme. 

On his 75th birthday, he jumped out of an airplane. For his 76th birthday, he went for a glider ride. 

He tells the Growing Bolder Radio Show that he actually convinced some of his pals in The Villages, Florida, to come along on his birthday adventures.
