Champion swimmer Rob Butcher is the executive director of U.S. Masters Swimming and the man responsible for helping to expand the base of this tremendous sport.

Masters swimming is open to any swimmer 18 and older. Rob and others say swimming is a sport for anyone at any age.

With more than 1,000 adult programs featuring coaches across the country, Rob says the organization caters to any ability, from former collegiate swimmers to novices.
