Robert Willoughby is one of the world’s most revered and beloved flute teachers who, at the age of 92, still teaches masters classes.

He is the recipient of the National Flute Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award and is responsible for developing many first chair musicians in orchestras across the U.S.

Robert explains how he originally intended to be a attorney but could not ignore his passion for music. Find out why he thinks doing what you love is so important to healthy aging.

He also touts the many pleasures of teaching and how he gets more out of it than even his high-profile students.
