Sam “Sonny” Bryant proves it’s never too late to not only get in shape but to get into the best shape of your life.

He started lifting weights at the age of 44 to relieve stress and today, at 70, he’s a stereotype smashing role model who looks and feels younger today than when he started working out nearly 30 years ago.

Sonny explains how he learned to lift weights by mimicking people around him at the gym, which he’d never even set foot in before he was in his 40s.

Find out why he doesn’t follow the “rules” of aging or weight lifting and how he’s warded off those who have tired to pressure him to use steroids.
