The idea of retirement has turned into a completely different concept than before. Now, people in their 70s are still sticking it out in the workforce and author Tammy Erickson’s new book, “Retire Retirement” believes in just that.

According to Erickson, boomers can do a lot to prepare for the changes they have coming and can make what they want out of their retirement.

She says with retirement comes opportunity, and that older workers won’t be rejected in the workforce.
