Tao Porchon-Lynch is a master yoga teacher, 91 years young, and she has taught worldwide and trained and certified hundreds of yoga teachers. She believes that yoga can not only heal individuals but can help heal the planet.

But that’s only part of her story. She’s also a world-class competitive ballroom dancer, despite having a hip replacement five years ago, she’s a writer, a documentary film producer and much more.

Tao says she doesn’t believe in age, and she never thought about it until people started telling her that couldn’t do things because of her age. She’s still proving them wrong.

She says we all have the power within ourselves to achieve whatever goal or desire we want.
