As memorials grow for the 49 lives taken in the 2016 Pulse Nightclub shooting, so does Orlando’s resolve. The horrific events have revealed a strength of character and a commitment to diversity and inclusion that is generating respect and admiration worldwide.

Donna Dowless is a well-known local artist as well as Orlando’s Official Ambassador of Love, appointed to the position by Mayor Buddy Dyer in 2007. In the aftermath of Pulse tragedy, Donna’s love has never been more needed and more appreciated than it is now.
